Lakepoint State Park

Lakepoint State Park is a 1,220-acre property on the shore of Lake Eufaula, the 45,000-acre reservoir commonly referred to as "The Bass Fishing Capital of the World." The park offers a modern campground, lakeside cottages, vacation cabins, picnic areas, a full-service marina, an 18-hole golf course, lodge and convention center. The Resort Lodge also offers the Lakepoint Lodge Restaurant and Bar & Grille with the Water's Edge Restaurant and Pier's End Bar & Grille. There is also the Lakepoint Resort Marina Grill on the docks.

Lakepoint is the home of many bass fishing tournaments throughout the year. The 18-hole championship caliber golf course is open every day of the year. The Club House offers shower/locker room facilities and a Pro Shop with golfing supplies and apparel, snacks and drinks for sale. Near the Club House is a practice putting green and a practice driving range.

The Lodge offers 101 guest rooms (six of which are classed as "executive suites"). Regular rooms include 32" flat-screen TVs, a small fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The suites offer king size beds, bath, kitchenette/dining area and a separate sitting area. There are flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms and sitting areas. The kitchenette offers a large fridge and a microwave. There is free wifi access throughout the lodge and convention center. The lodge also offers nine different areas for meetings, weddings, banquets, reunions and receptions. There is also the Lakeside Terrace, a large outdoor patio area overlooking the lake.

Lakepoint State Park also offers 15 two-bedroom cabins, 7 four-bedroom duplexes and 8 lakeside cottages: all one-to-four bedroom duplexes. All cabins and cottages have a two-night minimum on weekends and a three-night minimum on major holiday weekends. Some of the cabins and one of the cottages is ADA accessible. Three of the two-bedroom cabins in the wooded area are also rated Pet-Friendly (and pets will cost you an extra charge per pet per day, limit: 2 dogs).

The camping area offers 245 improved campsites: most with water and electricity, some with water, electricity and sewer. There are bathhouses with hot showers located throughout the camping areas, a nearby RV dump station, a Community Building that can be reserved for camper events, a children's playground, laundry facilities and tennis courts.
