National Wilderness Areas in Oklahoma

Black Fork Mountain Wilderness and Upper Kiamichi River Wilderness are both administered by the US Forest Service as parts of Ouachita National Forest in eastern Oklahoma. Black Fork Mountain Wilderness straddles the state line with Arkansas and about 2/3 of the property is in Arkansas.

Wichita Mountains Wilderness is located on the Wichita Mountains National Wildlife Refuge and is administered by the US Fish & Wildlife Service.
